Hope Cottage is a collaboration between EmpowerMe Living, St. John’s Union Westminster Church, Ohio Valley Residential Services and Cincinnati Development Fund.

The congregation at St. John’s dedicated their beautiful, single-story parsonage to provide affordable housing for adults with I/DD. Hope Cottage is a licensed group home managed by leading support services provider, Ohio Valley Residential Services. The congregation will be ready to welcome their new neighbors in early 2026.
