We are currently in the initial design stages of our microhome concepts and do not have final designs or pricing, nor do we have a definitive timeframe for when they will be finalized.

Additionally, it is important to note ADUs are approved in the City of Cincinnati subject to certain regulations. They may or may not be approved in other municipalities based on zoning regulations.
