New Roots Oxford

Affordable, neuroinclusive homeownership

Co-developed by EmpowerMe Living and Inclusive Housing Resources in partnership with the City of Oxford, New Roots Oxford is located at less than 1.5 miles from downtown Oxford and Miami University.

The community will feature universally designed and accessible homes ranging from 400 to 800 square feet for purchase to income-qualifying individuals. Four of the homes will be reserved for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, and preference will be given to their caregivers for remaining homes.
